 When you register to become a HOEP Member, you will receive a Certified HOEP Membership Card that entitles you to a 20% discount on each and every office visit with Approved HOEP Providers within your community and across the United States. Membership in the Holistic Option Ensurance Program costs only $75.00 per year for individuals or families. Best of all, it renews every twelve months and you can cancel at any time, for any reason.
